Is your item damaged on arrival?

You must lodge a damaged on arrival claim within 24 hours of receiving goods.

Has your item become damaged within 30 days of receiving it?

We can repair your item for you!

Your claim must be lodged within 30 days of receiving goods.

Return postage is at the customers expense.

NOTE: Damaged within 30 days does not include squashed items or snapped hoops.

 

We do not offer refunds.
